Focused on foundational skills and strategy.

• Day 1 | Bonanza Uno: Casual virtual kickoff. Meet the community and align goals.
• Day 2 | AI 101: Establishing baseline understanding of AI and simple automations.
• Day 3 | AI Practical: Hands-on development and real-time guidance on building simple flows.
• Day 4 | Strategy 101: Solidifying branding, business structure, and converting ideas into reality.
• Day 5 | Blockchain 101: Demystifying Web3, from smart contracts to real-world relevance.
• Day 6 | Bonanza Fiesta (Nairobi): The essential offline release. Karting, games, and direct networking to solidify connections.
• Day 7 | Cybersecurity 101: Highly practical defense strategies for digital assets and workflows.

Part II: Compete, Present, Celebrate (Dec 8th – Dec 12th)

The final push for output, competition, and in-person celebration.

• Day 8 | Pre-Pitch Day: Collaborative working session to build, break, and fix projects with peer support.
• Day 9 | HackQuest (Africa Hack): Challenge day! High-octane tasks designed to sharpen problem-solving and rapid execution.
• Day 10 | Submission Day: The final deadline. Dedicated time to polish and submit all projects.
• Day 11 | Competition Day (Holiday Inn): Live presentations. Teams pitch solutions; judges deliver focused feedback and select winners.
• Day 12 | Christmas Bonanza Finale (Holiday Inn) A celebratory night of music, awards, and networking to formally conclude the event.
