Head of Ecosystem Growth – Arbitrum Foundation

The Arbitrum Foundation is seeking a Head of Ecosystem Growth to drive the adoption of Arbitrum’s technologies and the expansion of its ecosystem. The role involves leading initiatives to grow and support a vibrant community of developers, partners, and users across verticals including DeFi, Gaming & AI.

📋 Responsibilities include:
– Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand and strengthen the Arbitrum ecosystem, driving adoption of its technologies.
– Identify and forge strategic partnerships with developers, dApp creators, industry leaders, and onboard companies into Web3.
– Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to provide partners with tools, resources, and support for building on Arbitrum.
– Work with engineering teams to ensure seamless product integration and accessibility for decentralized applications.
– Define KPIs for ecosystem growth, track metrics, and report progress to leadership.
– Oversee ecosystem grants and funding programs to support new projects and developers.
– Lead events such as hackathons, developer meetups, and conferences to promote ecosystem growth.

🔑 Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience in ecosystem development, business development, or growth roles in blockchain/Web3/technology.
– Proven track record building and scaling developer ecosystems, partnerships, and community engagement.
– Strong experience with Layer 1/Layer 2 solutions, Ethereum, or decentralized technologies.
– Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills.
– Data-driven approach with experience in KPIs and reporting.
– Deep understanding of Ethereum, Optimistic Rollups, and dApps.
