Middle/Senior CG&Motion Designer
You’ll be creating visual content for leading tech companies, from concept and storyboarding through to final animation and delivery. Full cycle: ideation, art direction, design, animation, and post-production.
What you’ll do
Own motion and CG projects end to end, from initial concept and storyboards through to polished final output. Develop strong visual concepts and direct your own work based on the brief and end goal. Bring static designs to life through motion graphics, animations, and interactive elements. Create brand videos, explainers, promotional content, and product animations across 2D and 3D. Use AI generative tools to create graphics and produce full-scale video content. Collaborate with brand and product designers to create seamless, engaging experiences. We work in a fast-paced market, so you should be ready to deliver high-quality work within moderately tight timelines. We value efficiency. Present and defend your creative decisions to the team and clients. Guide and give feedback to junior designers.
You’re a great fit if you
Have a strong portfolio showcasing motion and CG work you’re proud of. Have solid visual design and at least basic art direction skills, able to concept and storyboard before jumping into production. Have a deep understanding of animation principles and how motion shapes user experience and impacts on engagement. Are proficient across both 2D and 3D, even if one is stronger than the other. Are proficient with AI generative tools and actively use them in your production pipeline. Have a basic understanding of sound design and how audio shapes the final experience. Have strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain design consistency while pushing creative boundaries. Are comfortable working independently and managing your own time and deadlines. Can articulate your creative thinking clearly to clients and teammates. Have a basic understanding of web3 and new internet products, or are eager to dive in. We expect designers who don’t hit technical walls, who know where to look and how to pick up the right tool for whatever the project demands. There are no strict experience requirements. What matters most is a portfolio with strong work. If we had to put a label on it, we’d say Middle to Senior level.
