A proprietary trading firm focused on liquid digital asset markets is seeking a Prediction Market Trader. They combine quantitative research, market structure insight, and disciplined risk management in a lean, high-performance environment and are expanding into prediction markets.

📋 Responsibilities include:
– Own PnL and risk across prediction market strategies
– Identify and execute event-driven trading opportunities
– Develop and refine systematic or discretionary strategies
– Apply probabilistic thinking, data analysis, and market structure insight to pricing inefficiencies
– Continuously improve performance through trade review, attribution, and iteration
– Collaborate with researchers and engineers to enhance execution, tooling, and infrastructure

🔑 Requirements:
– Proven live trading track record in prediction markets
– Clear ownership of capital, risk, and execution decisions
– Demonstrated ability to perform consistently across market regimes
– Deep understanding of prediction market mechanics, liquidity and execution dynamics, event-driven pricing, and behavioral inefficiencies
– Structured process across idea generation, position sizing, risk management, and post-trade analysis

Strong preference for experience at a top-tier trading firm, hedge fund, betting market operation, or prediction market platform, plus background in high-performance, PnL-driven environments.
